Pursuant to Article 33 of the Bylaws, the Board of Statutory Auditors exercises the functions provided for by Article 2403 of the Civil Code and is composed of 3 (three) standing auditors and 2 (two) alternate auditors who hold office for three financial years.<\/p>

The Company\u2019s Board of Statutory Auditors was appointed upon the Company\u2019s incorporation and will remain in office until the date of the Shareholders\u2019 Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2027.
As of the Admission Document Date, the Company’s Board of Statutory Auditors is composed of 5 (five) members, of which 3 (three) standing auditors and 2 (two) alternate auditors.

Pursuant to Article 33 of the Bylaws, the Board of Statutory Auditors exercises the functions provided for by Article 2403 of the Civil Code and is composed of 3 (three) standing auditors and 2 (two) alternate auditors who hold office for three financial years.
