On October 28, 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors positively assessed the existence of the aforementioned requirements. Pursuant to Article 6- bis<\/em> of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulations and Schedule Three of the Euronext Growth Advisor Regulations, Independent Director Elisabetta Floccari has been positively assessed by Euronext Growth Advisor.<\/p>\n
