Pursuant to Article 33 of the Bylaws, the Board of Statutory Auditors exercises the functions provided for by Article 2403 of the Civil Code and is composed of 3 (three) standing auditors and 2 (two) alternate auditors who hold office for three financial years.
The Issuer’s Board of Statutory Auditors was appointed upon the Issuer’s incorporation and will remain in office until the date of the Shareholders’ Meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2027.
As of the Admission Document Date, the Issuer’s Board of Statutory Auditors is composed of 5 (five) members, of which 3 (three) standing auditors and 2 (two) alternate auditors.
The members of the Board of Statutory Auditors in office as of the Admission Document Date are listed in the following table.
All members of the Company’s Board of Statutory Auditors meet the integrity and professionalism requirements set forth in Article 148, paragraph 4, of the TUF, as referenced in Article 6-bis of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulations.
The members of the Board of Statutory Auditors are domiciled for the purposes of their office at the address listed in the Companies Register.
