Vincenzo Polidoro is a non-executive director of Più Medical. He graduated in economics and business from the Catholic University of Milan and holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from SDA Bocconi in Milan. He has over 25 years of experience in investment banking with a strong focus on Italian SMEs. He joined First Capital S.p.A. at the time of its listing and, in 2013, took on the role of CEO, contributing to the development of the investment model and the company’s positioning among specialized professional investors. He is currently an executive director of First Capital S.p.A. and CEO of First SICAF, coordinating investment activities and managing the investment portfolio. He has held positions on the boards of several companies listed on the Italian market. Previously, he was a partner and manager of the Spinnaker II Investment Fund private equity fund and developed extensive expertise in the M&A transaction and Corporate Finance division of Banca Profilo S.p.A.
