(*) Director Elisabetta Floccari has declared that she meets the independence requirements pursuant to Article 148, paragraph 3, of the TUF, as referred to in Article 147-ter, paragraph 4, of the TUF. On October 28, 2025, the Issuer’s Board of Directors positively assessed the existence of the aforementioned requirements. Pursuant to Article 6- bis of the Euronext Growth Milan Issuers’ Regulations and Schedule Three of the Euronext Growth Advisor Regulations, Independent Director Elisabetta Floccari has been positively assessed by Euronext Growth Advisor.
All members of the Board of Directors meet the integrity requirements set out in Article 147- quinquies of the TUF and the Bylaws.
