Massimo Pratelli is a standing auditor on the Board of Statutory Auditors of Più Medical. He holds a master’s degree in Sociology, specializing in Economics, and completed two master’s degrees at SDA Bocconi in 1988 and 1990, respectively. He has been a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of the Monza Brianza district since 1992 and is listed in the Register of Auditors. He has gained specific experience in corporate governance, extraordinary transactions, valuations, due diligence, and M&A, providing corporate and accounting expertise, and has held numerous positions as a member of boards of statutory auditors and boards of directors of public and private companies and entities.
